Why the bonus is described wrongly so often
Because every other bookmaker's headline offer is a percentage of a deposit, and a percentage sits in a comparison table where a mechanism does not. Written as "up to" any amount at all, this one becomes a number it does not have: there is no cash ceiling, because there is no cash bonus. The percentage is applied to whatever a winning multiple returns.
The operator's own promotions, bonuses and first deposit pages return nothing, which is about as settled as an absence gets, and the affiliate pages carrying a first deposit match for this brand are contradicted by the operator itself.
The other correction worth arriving with
